Hardware Deployment

Hardware Deployment is the on-site installation and commissioning of IT infrastructure within a data center or enterprise environment. Services include receiving equipment, asset verification, rack-and-stack, power and network connectivity, structured cabling, and initial hardware validation. Deployment is executed according to customer specifications, data center standards, and change-control requirements to ensure readiness for production use.

Scope includes:

  • Rack-and-stack of servers, storage, and network devices

  • Power and network connection (A/B feeds, copper/fiber)

  • Asset tagging and documentation

  • Basic hardware verification (POST, link status)

IT Equipment Transport

IT Equipment Transport is the secure physical movement of IT hardware between facilities. The service focuses exclusively on logistics and chain of custody, ensuring equipment is protected from physical, environmental, and handling risks during transit. No system configuration, data handling, or operational responsibility is assumed.

Scope includes:

  • Anti-static, shock-protected packing

  • Secure, tracked transport

  • Chain-of-custody documentation

  • Scheduled pickup and delivery to data centers or offices

3

Equipment Migration

Equipment Migration is a controlled, end-to-end relocation of IT infrastructure that preserves system integrity and operational continuity. The service includes planning, decommissioning, transport coordination, reinstallation, and post-migration validation. Migrations are performed under defined maintenance windows and change-management controls to minimize risk and downtime.

Scope includes:

  • Asset and dependency assessment

  • Planned power-down or live migration coordination

  • De-rack, transport, and re-rack

  • Network and power reconfiguration

  • Post-migration validation and testing
